EMAIL ARCHIVING
DIRAQ Email Archiving automatically captures Emails from Microsoft Exchange Server for each nominated Mailbox. Full text search is available for both Emails and attachments.
Full Text Search
Optical Character Recognition is used on all documents that are scanned into the system. This means that Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PDF, Test and HTML documents can be searched for textual content.
World Wide Access
Using Diraq Document Management system enables organisations to have access to all their documents and records anywhere in the World provided that they have Internet connectivity.
Fast Retrieval
Once indexed documents can be found very quickly. Using a combination of Date Received, Document Type and User Defined Fields, for example 'Invoice Number', quickly retrieves the document you want at the time that you need it.
Secure Access
Each user has a unique User Id and Password. Security is achieved by the user's profile and the user is only able to access those documents that he or she is allowed to see.
Document Sharing
Documents stored within the system can be shared throughout your organisation by anyone authorised to do so.
Having clicked on the Thumbnail the document is retrieved from the DMS and displayed in page mode. By clicking on the 'Notes' Icon Additional notes can be added if required.
