The cleanness of every part exposed to contact with food items must be faultless.

  • side panels and door,
  • spirals,
  • grids,
  • containers
  • etc.

These must be cleaned with detergent suitable for machines which may contain food products. 
 

But nozzles and pipes must also be subjected to regular maintenance and cleaning.
